If you would like to return an item purchased on www.palomabella.com please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval. You can request a return at info@palomabella.com. 

- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags. 

- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

- Paloma Bella reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization.
